What to expect from us
You are not on your own when you employ someone with a disability. We assist with a smooth transition of a new employee into your workforce in a number of ways. We make sure they understand induction procedures, their duties, and what’s required of them in the workplace. Personnel West can act as a backup team for not only the employee but you the employer, to address any concerns that you might have. Onsite visits from an employment consultant can be arranged on request or as required.
